Likes, RTs, Shares and Clicks are all easy to measure metrics, but for more and more businesses, purpose is becoming as important as profit when it comes to employees and it’s community. It’s often intangible, yet fuels our organization. We know it’s important, but doesn’t fit in a box that we can easily measure. Regardless of if you are for profit, non profit, start up or enterprise business, understanding how to engage your community with purpose will help sales, advert crisis and promote loyalty. We’ll bring together a variety of community professionals to share how purpose plays a role in, and with, their communities.
